5. Rear
Terminations:
• Look at the back of the instrument. The rear termination is a two-piece design,
with a right and left half. The right terminal board is the standard rear terminals
and accepts the main PCB. This terminal board includes connections for the power
supply AC or DC power, the standard analog and discrete I/O and the DataLink
communications for the instrument. The left terminal board accepts the expansion
chassis and is for connecting the optional analog I/O, discrete I/O and various
Communication options. These sections are shown in the figure below:
