Config Sheet
Print a Configuration Sheet showing
the printer's current information and
menu settings.
The Configuration Sheet is formatted
for either Letter or A4 paper size,
regardless of the default paper size or
the actual paper size loaded.
1. Press Menu Up or Menu
Down until you see:
Menus
Service Menu
2. Press Item Up or Item Down
until you see:
Service Menu
Config Sheet
3. Press Enter. You will see:
Printing
Config Sheet
4. When completed, you will see:
Ready
Diag. Summary
Print the current diagnostic summary
data.
Source tray is determined by the
Select Tray item. The Diagnostic
Summary Sheet(s) are formatted for
either Letter or A4 paper size,
regardless of the default paper size or
the actual paper size loaded. There are
no multiple copies.

2. Press Item Up or Item Down
until you see:

Diag. Summary
3. Press Enter. You will see:

Diag. Summary
4. When completed, you will see:
Ready
Print PQ Set
Print the PQ set: one “Test Pattern A,”
one “Color Balance” pattern and one
“Diagnostic Page” in PS.
The PQ set is formatted for either
Letter or A4 paper size, regardless of
the default paper size or the actual
paper size loaded. There are no
multiple copies. The Print Quantity
value is ignored. Source tray is
determined by the Select Tray value.
