10. Troubleshooting
When Toner Runs Out
When the machine has run out of ton-
er the symbol appears on the display.
Note that even if there is no toner left
you can still send fax messages.
Important
❒ If you continue receiving and
sending faxes after toner runs out,
communication will not be possi-
ble after 200 communications (1000
with optional Expansion Memory
installed).
Limitation
❒ The Memory Storage Report, Poll-
ing Reserve Report and Confiden-
tial File Report are not printed.

Make sure that the machine is in
Facsimile mode and the standby
display is shown.
Note
❒ If the standby display is not
shown, press the
{Facsimile}
key.
B
Press [Exit].
The error display closes.
