Faulty communication
between the Sunny Island and
Sunny Home Manager.
•
Ensure that the data cables are correctly
installed.
• Ensure that the parameter
250.06 ComBaud is set to 115k Bd.

Connection of the battery to
the Sunny Island Charger 1 is
reverse poled or there is a
short circuit.
•
Ensure that the battery is correctly
connected to the DC connection of the
Sunny Island Charger charge controller.
•
Disconnect the PV array from the
Sunny Island Charger and restart the
system. This will ensure that the PV array is
not short-circuited.

high.
•
Ensure that the configuration of the
Sunny Island Charger charge controller
with the DIP switches is correct.
•
Ensure that all DC sources and DC loads
are correctly configured and connected.
• Reset the system. For this, switch off the
system, wait ten minutes and restart.
