Note: Unit responds on the existing baud rate and then
changes to the new baud rate.

midnight, where hh = hours, between 00 and 23; mm =
minutes, between 00 and 59, and ss = seconds, between
00 and 59
Example: TIM=231259 would be 23 hours, 12 minutes and
59 seconds from midnight.
