If the magnitude of actual velocity falls below the value of this parameter, the axis velocity is in the so­called
standstill window. This results in bit 1 of S­0­0013 being set. In addition, this window is evaluated in the
AxisStateMachine. Further actions are executed, depending on this threshold value. For example, in motors
with holding brake, the brake is engaged depending on this window. Default (89478) equates to 5 rpm.
