This test will set the voltage at 115V and will remain at this voltage through out the test except for
the A(CF) category. The test will cycle the frequency three times as shown in Table 8-14. Each
repeat will start from sequence 2. Test1 and test2 for the A(CF) category are done in succession
as a single test.
