Clean part thoroughly using the following
process:
Soak part in strong alkaline
bath followed by light
chemical clean
Finish Electroless nickel plate per MIL-C-2607E, Class 4,
Grade A
0.025 -0.038 mm [0.001 - 0.0015 in.] thick, high
phosphorus (10-13% by wt.)
RoHS-compliant process
