3. Enter Y to start the download process or N to cancel.
If you select Y, the status message in Figure 29 is displayed.

4. Begin the file transfer.
The following steps illustrate how to perform the transfer using
Hilgraeve HyperTerminal.
5. From the HyperTerminal main window, select the Transfer menu.
Then select Send File... from the pull-down menu, as shown in
Figure 30.

The Send File pop-up window is displayed in Figure 31.

6. Click the Browse button to specify the location and the filename of
the image file to be downloaded onto the multiplexer.
Note
The image file used for this downloading is
“ats47_v1_0_tport.bin
”.
7. Click on the Protocol field and select the transfer protocol as either
Xmodem or, for faster download, 1K XModem.
The system is now ready for download. Please
start your XMODEM transfer.
