AT-S47 Interface Security
Commands
The commands in this section are used to configure the security features
of the AT-S47 Management Software. The features can prevent
unauthorized individuals from changing the configuration of your
multiplexer.
This chapter contains the following commands:
Command Function Page
SET PASSWORD Assigns a new password to the
AT-S47 management interface. The
default is no password. 132
SHOW CONSOLE Displays a variety of multiplexer’s
console information. 133
ENABLE CONSOLE Activates the RS232 port on the AT-
WDM02 Management Module so
that the multiplexer can be
managed locally. 134
DISABLE CONSOLE Deactivates the RS232 port on the
AT-WDM02 Management Module
so that the multiplexer cannot be
managed locally. 135
SET CONSOLE Sets the baud rate of the RS232 port
and the duplex mode (echo). 136
ENABLE TELNET
Activates the Telnet management
feature of the AT-WDM02
Management Module so that the
multiplexer can be managed
remotely using the Telnet
application protocol. 137
