Specifying a SysLog Server
To transmit the multiplexer events to a syslog server, perform the
following procedure:
1. From the Main Menu, select Administration.
2. From the Administration Menu, configure the fields listed in the table
below:
3. Return to the Main Menu.
Parameter Description
SysLog Server
Address Specifies the IP address of a syslog server on the
network.
SysLog Facility
Code
Assigns a facility code to the multiplexer log
messages. The value range of the facility code is 0 to
23. The default value is 1.
