Modifying the audit log configuration
To change the audit log configuration, click Modify on the Audit Log panel. The Modify Audit
Settings dialog box appears. Modify settings as described in Table _ and Table _. To manage
audit settings using the CLI, use the ibrix_fs command with the -oa parameter. See the HP
StoreAll OS CLI Reference Guide for more information.
To manage audit log reporting using the CLI, see the ibrix_audit_reports command in the
HP StoreAll OS CLI Reference Guide.

Description Field
Select the check box to enable auditing on the file system.
Express Query must be enabled on the file system to enable
auditing. Enable Auditing
Set the time for the daily task that is performed
automatically to remove old audit reports. Audit Log Reports Expiration Schedule
Set the number of days for which audit log reports will be
maintained. When the defined time period has passed, Audit Log Reports Expiration Policy
the audit log reports are removed from the file system based
on the Audit Log Reports Expiration Schedule.
