ASS-FAIL MODE

In the Pass/Fail test mode, measurement results are
compared with user-defined limits and the results
are displayed. Two types of tests are available: Single
and Multi-Step. The Single test shares the same
interface with the basic measurement, and tracks one
item. The Multi-Step test runs a program comprised
of multiple measurement items with different
parameters.
