3.4 Maintenance of Parts
The MX100 does not have parts that need periodic replacement. However, the main
module (MX100) uses expendable parts as indicated in the table below. Also, the
following aluminum electrolytic capacitors are included with each input/output module.
There are no replacement services for the parts listed. If you will use the instrument
for an extended time, repair or repurchase the instrument by referring to this value and
taking into consideration the actual usage conditions.

conditions.
The main module and PWM output module have a fuse. The fuse cannot be replaced by
the customer. If the fuse blows, contact your nearest Yokogawa dealer for repairs.
