To backup the entire system (both user and device
configuration):
1. Choose Tools > Backup All. The Backup All dialog appears.
2. Navigate to the desired directory and give the backup file a name.
(Backup files have an extension of .rfp).
3. Click Save. A message is displayed confirming the successful
backup.
4. Click OK.
