A table of timestamps each indicating the change
state of the corresponding information contained
in the staticSummaryTable.
This table contains a fixed number
of entries, one for each possible subslot in
each possible slot in the concentrator, regardless
of whether the slot or subslot is occupied.
For
example, for an IBM 8260 concentrator, this table
has 19 x 8 entries; for an Hub concentrator, which
has no subslots, this table has either 5 or 17 entries,
and the subslot index of each entry is 1.
