The format of the frames exchanged on this port.
For a 155 Mbits LAN port, 2 formats are supported:
sonet-sts-3c and sdh-stm-1. It can only be
modified if the port atm access is UNI or NNI.
The frame format of a wan port cannot be modified.
For the other ports, the frame format cannot be
modified and is always returned as none.
The frame format can be changed only when the port
is disabled.
