3.6.3 LAN OPERATION (IF OPTION INSTALLED)
1. Connect the KLN to the computer (see PAR. 2.7.5 for LAN connections)
2. At the KLN front panel, set the I/O interface to LAN (see PAR. 3.3.15)
3. At the computer, enter the KLN IP address in a web browser. The factory default IP Address
is 192.168.0.100. See PAR. 3.3.21 through PAR. 3.3.24 to view the current IP address or
change it if needed. The web browser displays the Instrument Welcome Page as shown in
Figure 3-8. The information displayed can not be changed from this page. Clicking adjacent
to Device Indicator at the bottom of the page causes the LAN indicator on the KLN rear
panel (see Figure 2-4 and Table 2-1) to either be on steady (INACTIVE) or to flash
(ACTIVE).
