9.8.7 PR-23-MS sensor jacket to protect the sensor from external light
The jacket protects the sensor from external light. The Teflon fabric material is
durable and it withstands most chemical spills and vapors. The jacket is installed by
wrapping it around the sensor and securing the position with velcro tape. An illustra-
tion of how to assemble the jacket onto the sensor can be seen in Figure 9.27.
