Zone 3 contains the two connectors P30 and P32. They are used to connect an RTM to the
blade and carry the following signals:

 IPMI (IPMB1_xxx, ISMB_xxx)
 Power (VP12_RTM, V3P3_RTM, VP5_RTM)
