3 Block Selector
Offset into the storage area of the boot options in multiples of 16
bytes.
4 .. n (n <= 19) Boot Options Data to be written.
Should not exceed 16 bytes to be written at a time.
Response Data
1 Completion Code. Generic plus the following command-specific
completion codes:
80h = parameter not supported
81h = storage area is locked by another software entity
82h = illegal write-access

[7] - reserved
[6:0] - parameter selector (must be 100).
2 Set Selector
0h = user area
1h = default area
All other values are reserved.
