_8164_enable_card_id – Enable card ID’s function
_8164_check_card – Check if this Card ID exist

_8164_enable_card_id():
Makes the card ID settings valid. This line must be placed before
_8164_initial() function
_8164_check_card():
Checks if the card ID exists. You can use this function to search all
the cards in the 0 - 11 range.
