9 ] Utilisation de la télécommande
Si l’on veut participer à l’action que l’on veut filmer, on
peut enclencher et interrompre momentanément la prise
de vues et faire fonctionner le zoom et les autres
fonctions en appuyant simplement sur une touche de la
télécommande. Pointer la télécommande vers la fenêtre
Ф du capteur de télécommande située à l’avant du
caméscope et appuyer sur la touche correspondante.
Pour plus de détails concernant les fonctions des
touches de la télécommande, voir les pages
correspondantes (indiquées ci-dessous). Cependant,
l’utilisation de la télécommande n’est décrite nulle part
ailleurs que sur la présente page de ce manuel.
Remarques:
• Ne pas couvrir la fenêtre de transmission @ de la
télécommande avec la main, etc.
• La télécommande risque de ne pas fonctionner
correctement si on l’utilise sous les rayons directs du
soleil, près de lampes fluorescentes ou à proximité
immédiate du caméscope.
• Lorsqu’on utilise la télécommande en plein air, la plage
de fonctionnement peut devenir inférieure à 5 mètres.
• Lorsqu’on utilise la fonction de zoom avec la
télécommande, il n’est pas possible de modifier la
vitesse de zoom.
• Pour éviter que des signaux provenant d’autres
télécommandes à infrarouge ne soient captés, ce
caméscope doit recevoir 3 fois chaque commande
infrarouge.
Pour cette raison, il y a un léger retard entre le moment
où l’on appuie sur la touche [W] ou [T] et le moment où
le zoom mécanique du caméscope s’enclenche,

[ 9] How to Use the Remote Controller
When you want to take part in the action that you are
shooting, you can start and pause shooting as well as
operate the zoom and other functions simply by pressing
a button on the Remote Controller. Aim it at the Remote
Control Receiver Window O Movie
Camera and press the corresponding Button.
For details about the functions of the buttons on the
Remote Controller, refer to the corresponding pages
(listed below). However, except on this page, the use of
the Remote Controller is not explained in this manual.
Notes:
• Do not cover the transmitter window Q on the Remote
Controller with your hand, etc.
•The Remote Controller may not operate correctly if it is
used in direct sunlight, near fluorescent lamps or too
close to the Movie Camera.
•When using the Remote Controller outdoors, operating
range may become shorter than 5 metres.
•When operating the Zooming Function with the Remote
Controller, the zooming speed cannot be changed.
•To prevent inadvertent operation of other infra-red
remote-controlled units, this Movie Camera needs to
receive each infra-red command 3 times.
For this reason, there is a slight delay between
pressing the [W] or [T] Button on the Remote Controller
and the actual operation of the mechanical zoom
function on the Movie Camera.
