To create a method, touch the Program Methods button in the lower toolbar of the home
screen. You will proceed to the Select Method System screen.

7.1 Selecting Method System

The Select Method System screen (Figure 7.2) allows you to choose:

Method system — IMAC, GST, Protein A and G, Profinity eXact, with or without
desalting, or desalting-only methods
