4. Open the lid on the Profinia instrument to access buffer sipper tubes and the placement
tray.
5. In the position where the buffer bottle is being installed, lift the sipper tube away from
the instrument.
6. With the number code on the bottle label facing out and graduated marks visible, insert
the sipper tube in the bottle (Figure 6.13).
