5.2 Reagents
5.2.1 Editing the reagent list
Entering reagent names
This is done via the REAGENTS menu option in the SETTINGS menu. You must be logged on at
supervisor access level to proceed.
• From the start screen, press SETTINGS to go to the window of the same name and press the
REAGENTS button there.
• The SET UP REAGENTS AND WARNING THRESHOLDS window opens (

).
• To add a reagent, proceed as follows:
• Press INSERT to display the keyboard.
• Enter the new reagent name.
• Press OK to confirm.
• You will automatically be prompted to select the reagent group for the new reagent

).
• Allocate the new reagent to the appropriate group and press OK to confirm.

The Leica ASP6025 is shipped together with a standard reagent list and predefined infiltration programs.
The reagent list is adapted to these programs. If the operator writes his own programs, new reagents may have
to be entered.
