5.1.9 Saving or loading data
Saving data to a USB stick
With this function, all data relating to the instrument can be
transferred to a USB stick.
The following data is saved:
• all programs,
• the reagent list,
• the instrument status,
• the instrument configuration,
• all log files,
• the instrument installation parameters.
To save the instrument data to a USB stick, proceed as follows:
• Press the ENTRIES and SAVE TO USB buttons to open the
window of the same name.
• Insert a USB stick in one of the USB ports on the instrument
and press the COPY FILES button.

• A display on the screen shows which data is currently being
copied while the files are being transferred (

• When all data has been successfully transferred, a completion
message appears.

5. Operation
If instrument data has already been stored on
the USB stick, it will be overwritten and thus
deleted. This will be indicated in a warning
message (
Fig. 117
) and must be confirmed
TWICE with YES. Pressing the NO button
terminates the process.
