 Depending on the print shop, the turnaround time may be displayed under each item in the
cart. In addition, a handling charge may be displayed under the subtotal. Note that a handling
charge is always per recipient so if the handling charge is $10, and you specify three recipients,
the total handling charge is $30.
3. If you are re-ordering a product, and a Print options have changed alert is displayed next to the
product, the print options for the product were modified since you last ordered the product. For
example, the choice of binding may be different. Click the link to review and re-select your
options. (You cannot continue with checkout until you click the link.)
4. To remove an item from the cart, click Remove. (To remove all items from the cart, click Clear
Cart at the bottom of the page.)
Specifying recipients
Under Recipients you must indicate where the order is going and how it is being sent.
1. Enter the name and address of a recipient. To save this information in your address book, select
the Save to My Address Book check box. Alternatively, click Address Book to select someone
from your address book.
2. In the Method field, select a delivery method.
3. If necessary, enter Delivery Instructions (up to 200 characters).
4. Click Save. The recipient information is now displayed differently.
5. To specify another recipient, click Add Recipient and repeat steps 1 through 4. (To change or
remove the current recipient, click Edit or Remove.)
6. By default, if you have specified more than one recipient, the system assumes that all quantities of
the various items will be sent to the first recipient. To send items to other recipients, type the
amounts in the Quantity fields for the items and click Update Price.
 When you order a non-print product that ships only in a set quantity (for example, 10 reams
of paper), you can split the order among multiple recipients. If, continuing with this example, you
want to send 4 reams to one recipient and 6 to another, specify the number to send to each
recipient in the Quantity field. By default, all recipients are set to receive the base quantity of
each item in the shopping cart.
