1. If necessary, use the calendar to select the Due Date & Time. (This may be calculated for you
automatically and/or the calendar may not be displayed. If the calendar is not displayed, you will
see the due date when you review your order later.)
If you select a date and then add other products to the cart or if you exit the cart and then
return to it, you will need to re-select the date you want.
2. If rush delivery is available, a message informs you. Click the calendar to select the date/time you
want and see what the additional fee will be.
3. To see the address of the print shop, move the pointer over its name (this name is a hyperlink). To
choose a different print shop (if available) for processing your order, click the name of the
currently selected print shop and select a different one.
4. Review the items in the cart as described below.
5. If you have a promotional code that you want to apply to the order, enter the code in the Apply a
Promo Code field and click Apply.
The discount is then listed above the Total, along with the promo code name or number. If you
change your mind about using the promo code, click Remove next to the discount amount.
Sometimes you can enter more than one promo code; the Apply a Promo Code field is re-
displayed after you enter the first code so you can enter another code. In this case you will see
multiple discount lines above the Total.
Some promotional discounts are applied automatically to your order so you do not have to
enter a code.
6. Specify recipients for the order. See page 105.
Reviewing items in the cart
Under Products, review what is in your cart and make any necessary adjustments.
1. To see the job details for a product, click its name. You can then make any necessary changes.
2. If necessary, change the quantity for an item and then click Update Price (at the top or bottom of
the page).
If the item you are ordering requires a price quote, the Item Total column displays Requires
Quote (as shown for the first product in the cart in the figure above). The print shop will contact
you via e-mail shortly with a quote, which you can either approve or decline.
