4.15.1 Defining Inhibit Panels Using the Printer Driver Interface
Step Procedure
1 Click the
Front
or
Back
radio button to select the inhibited area.
2 Click the
Inhibit Area
button and select a field type, such as
Omit Smart Chip Area
.
The Card Display Area indicates a grid and a black rectangle that represents the Inhibit Area of the smart
chip location.
3 To move the Inhibit Area, click the rectangle and move your mouse. To enlarge the Inhibit Area, click an
edge or corner of the rectangle and drag.
4 To create multiple Inhibit Areas, click
Defined Area
and click the
Up
button to increase the number of
areas. A black square appears in the lower left-hand corner of the grid. To move the Inhibit Area, select
the square and drag to the preferred location. To enlarge the Inhibit Area, click an edge or corner of the
rectangle and drag.
