LEDs. The LEDs are green on the active card and amber on the
standby card.
 Check that the IP address on your computer is 192.168.1.2. If it is
not that value, you need to change it.
 Verify that your web browser is JavaScript-capable.
 The application is only available when the parameter settings of
the chassis and cards are at their default settings.
After you have performed the Easy Startup application, perform the
following steps.
7. Disconnect your computer from the NET MGMT port.
8. Wait thirty seconds for the controller card to initialize its new settings.
9. If you specified the NET MGMT port as the management interface for
the controller card, you should connect it to a port on a switch or router.
(If you selected in-band management over a network interface as the
management interface, you should not connect the NET MGMT port to
a network device.)
10. To continue managing the chassis, you may establish either a local
management session, as explained in “Starting a Local Management
Session” on page 212, or a remote Telnet or SNMP session. For
information on how to start a remote session, refer to the Software
Reference for SwitchBlade x3100 Series Switches.
