AGGREGATE Command
DSNM Commands
2–12
098571 Tandem Computers Incorporated
The following command returns the aggregate status of all the Pathway objects under
the manager process $PMUK. DSNM determines that the subsystem is Pathway from
the manager process $PMUK, provided that $PMUK is a running Pathway monitor
process. DSNM also assumes that $PMUK is defined on the local node.
AGGREGATE UNDER $PMUK
A sample response to the command is:
PATHWAY TERM UNDER \LONDON.$PMUK
8 Up, 0 Pending, 2 Down, 0 Undefined, 0 In Error
PATHWAY TCP UNDER \LONDON.$PMUK
1 Up, 0 Pending, 0 Down, 0 Undefined, 0 In Error
PATHWAY SERVER UNDER \LONDON.$PMUK
0 Up, 2 Pending, 0 Down, 0 Undefined, 0 In Error
Because the AGGREGATE command requests that subsystems report on all objects
known to them, the number of undefined objects is always zero.
