Missing or Invalid Utility Name
Cause.
You omitted the utility name or you attempted to use the SEND command to
establish a session, giving it an unusable name. This error can also occur if you use the
full session=utility syntax and utility does not match the utility passed in the SEND
command that established the session.
Effect.
The command is not processed.
Recovery.
Correct and reissue the command.
-401
Missing or Invalid Session Name
Cause.
You omitted the session name from a command that requires one, you supplied
an invalid session name, or you supplied the name of a non-existent session to a
command other than SEND.
Effect.
The command is not processed.
Recovery.
Correct and reissue the command.
-402
No Utility Process
Cause.
The named utility could not be created either because it was not configured and
could not be found in the search list or because a file-system error occurred while
attempting to create and initialize the utility process. More specific information is
usually supplied by additional error text in the message.
Effect.
The command may have been partially processed. The session no longer exists.
Recovery.

Confirmation Prompt Required for ANSWER Command
Cause.
You used the ANSWER command with a session that has an outstanding
command prompt.
Effect.
The command is not processed.
Recovery.
Use the SEND command when a command prompt is outstanding. Use the
ANSWER command only to respond to a confirmation prompt.
