Operation Procedure
1.
Select the Service tab, and then click Explicit Path Management in the navigation tree to enter
the explicit path management page.
2.
Select the explicit path(s) you want to delete and click Delete.
3.
Click OK on the pop-up dialog box.
Precautions
•
Explicit paths that are in bound state cannot be deleted.
Protection management
The idea of protection is to use a bypass tunnel to avoid the invalid link or node, so as to protect
the primary path. You can perform protection configuration to protect a link or node, so that when
the link or node fails, its traffic can travel through the backup link or node instead. The supported
protection types are CR-LSP backup protection, FRR link protection and FRR node protection. This
function module allows you to query, configure, and cancel the tunnel protection configuration,
and start automatic discovery of tunnel protection.
Query protection information
This function is used to query the protection information.
Operation Procedure
1.
Select the Service tab, and then click Protection Management in the navigation tree to enter
the protection management page.
2.
Select the query type and input the query value.
3.
Click Query.
Precautions
The input query value must match the selected query type. If you select to query by tunnel name,
you need to input the name or part of the name of a tunnel.
Configure CR-LSP backup
This function is used to bind the backup CR-LSP to the main CR-LSP. If the main LSP tunnel fails, the
system will switch the traffic to the backup LSP tunnel; when the main tunnel resumes, the system
will switch the traffic back to the main tunnel.
Operation procedure
1.
Select the Service tab, and then click Protection Management in the navigation tree to enter
the protection management page.
2.
Click the
icon of a tunnel to configure backup.
Precautions
Before configuring CR-LSP backup, you need to specify the CR-LSP backup type.
Cancel CR-LSP backup
This function is used to cancel the CR-LSP backup configuration of a tunnel.
Operation procedure
1.
Select the Service tab, and then click Protection Management in the navigation tree to enter
the protection management page.
2.
Click the
icon of a tunnel to cancel CR-LSP backup.
