Using Probes Teledyne LeCroy
Connection Procedure
To connect the Summit T3‐8 to the System Under Test (host platform or root complex
under test):
1. Connect the MidBus pods to the Analyzer using the iPass Y‐cables.
2. Connect the MidBus probe assemblies to the MidBus pods.
3. Connect the MidBus probe assemblies to the MidBus footprints on the system under
test.
4. Connect external reference clock signal to Mid‐Bus External Clock In on Mid‐Bus
probe pod, using external reference clock cable.
