CDFnq is the CDF computed using the Normalized Q Scale. For a description of Normalized Q Scale, see
app.SDA2.JitterMeasure.Histogram.ShowNQScaleFit and app.SDA2.JitterMeasure.Parameters.JitterModel.
When the jitter decomposition model selected is NQ Scale, CDFnq is shown when ShowCDF is True. See
app.SDA2.JitterMeasure.Histogram.CDFTotal. It can be viewed at any time by selecting it as the source of a zoom.
