UseRefClk
Bool
If UseRefClk is set to true, then the clock is not derived from the data signal, instead it is derived from
a separate reference clock signal. This corresponds to the "Use Explicit Clock Ref" checkbox on the
Clock Recovery dialog page. If UseRefClk is set to true, the RefClkSlope, Deskew and
FrequencyMultiplier controls are active. (See app.SDA2.RefClkInput for Deskew and
FrequencyMultiplier).
