Please be aware of the system requirement for the Microsoft ActiveSync
version; it can be found in the Quick Start Guide or the product data sheet
found on the IntelliTrack website (
). If the required
Microsoft ActiveSync version is already installed on your computer, skip
ahead to the next section,
“Work Network Communication Setting” on
. Otherwise, install the ActiveSync software according to the
instructions that came with your handheld device.
Note: You are able to download the Microsoft ActiveSync application

found in the Quick Start Guide for supported version information.
Work Network Communication Setting
ActiveSync must be configured for work network communication in order
to communicate with DMS CE batch. In the Microsoft ActiveSync appli-
cation, click File > Connection Settings. The Connection Settings win-
dow appears.
•
In the Connection Settings window, make sure the Open ActiveSync
when my device connects check box is marked.
•
Click the drop-down arrow in the This computer is connected to field
and select Work Network from the list that appears.
