(Reports that don’t require criteria definitions display the View or
Print buttons at the bottom of the Reports form. Select the View button
to preview the report onscreen; select the Print button to print the
report.)
4. When finished defining criteria, select the Print button to print the
report to the default printer or select the View button to preview the
report onscreen. When you preview the report onscreen, print options
for the report area are also available there. In addition, export options
for the report are available. For more information about the options
available when previewing the report onscreen, please refer to the next
section,
“Previewing the Report Onscreen” on page 259 .
Previewing
the Report
Onscreen When you preview the report onscreen, an IntelliTrack Report command
bar and ribbon options appear above the report. Report preview options
include print and export options.
Print Options
While previewing the report onscreen, two print options are available in
the ribbon: print and quick print.
• Print: Select the Print option to print the report via the Print window.
At this window, select a printer to send the report to, and select report
printing options.
• Quick Print: Select the Quick Print option to accept printer default set-
tings and automatically print the report to a default printer.
