For a Martini connection, there are two main parameters: one is the IP address of the peer PE, the
other is the VC ID. The combination of the VC ID and the encapsulation type must be unique on a PE.
Changing the encapsulation type may result in VC ID conflicts.
Creating a Martini MPLS L2VPN Connection for a Service Instance
To accomplish this task, you need perform the following configurations:

Creating a service instance on an Layer 2 Ethernet interface

Configuring a packet matching rule for the service instance
z
Creating a Martini MPLS L2VPN connection on the service instance
After these configurations, packets arriving at the Layer 2 Ethernet interface and matching the packet
matching rule will be forwarded by the created MPLS L2VPN connection.
