In the

Name

field, enter a name to identify the bus (.i.e. Master Wireless Gateway)

drop-down, select Orpak

Select the

TCP/IP

radio button

In the

IP

field, enter the Master Wireless Gateway IP address. Default IP is 192.168.1.170. It can

be changed in Master Wireless Gateway Setup Site, see

General Setup

In the

Port

field, enter port number (between 3000 and 4000). It must match the

TCP/IP Port

defined in Master Wireless Gateway Setup Site, see

Setting Group Communication

7.

Click

New

. The new bus is added to the grid at the top of the dialog

8.

Click

Close

8.4. Setting the Master Wireless Gateway

Select the VIS (Vehicle Identification System) tab. The VIS dialog box appears (see

Figure 8-5

).

In the

Name

field, enter a name to identify the unit

Bus

drop-down, select the bus you've created before

In the

Model

drop-down, select Wireless Gateway

5.

In the

Address

section, select the

HEX

radio button and then enter the RS-485 address of the

group (between 31 and 39). It must match the

Group Address

defined in Master Wireless

Gateway Setup Site, see

Setting Group Communication

6.

Click

New

. The new item is added to the grid at the top of the dialog

Click

Close
