CHAPTER 8 SETTING THE STATION
CONTROLLER
8.1. General
This chapter describes the settings required to configure the communication interface between the
Controller and the Master Wireless Gateway, when using Fuel Point PLUS system with Gasboy's
SiteOmat Station Controller.
The process consists of three main steps:
1.
Defining the Master Wireless Gateway - Station Controller communication channel
2.
Defining the Master Wireless Gateway in the system
3.
Assigning µWNR to the nozzles
Note: In cases where other FCC/POS applications are used, please refer to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Note: If the station is equipped with more than 16 µWNR units (more than one group, see
) you will need to create a communication channel for
each group with the correct Port# and then define a virtual Master Wireless Gateway (.i.e.
Master Wireless Gateway2, Master Wireless Gateway3) that uses this bus.
Note: The settings below maybe also done when setting up SiteOmat application using
the Setup Wizard. For further information, please refer to SiteOmat Station Controller
Setup and Maintenance Manual.
