Install Clean-Out Funnel
Refer to Figure 150
334. Select one:
403-527S CLEANOUT FUNNEL & STORAGE BKT
335. Remove and save the funnel:
817-811C FUNNEL, AIR METER CLEAN OUT
and one set:
802-388C HFS 3/8-16X1 GR5
803-209C NUT FLANGE LOCK 3/8-16 PLT
336. Ar the right-most row hopper, use the bolt and
lock nut to secure the bracket to the right hole
of the rear cross-member of the seed hopper
mount. Make sure the post of the storage bracket is
upright, so that the wide end of the funnel
is
down in storage.
337. Store the funnel in the bracket.

This applies only to three-point planters. For pull-type
planters, continue at “Install Press Wheels” on page 76.

196-473H CYL LOCK CHANNEL 1 1/2X12 3/4
with:
805-001C PIN 3/8 X 3 USABLE LW/PIN
If the lift-assist is already raised, install the lock
channel
on the cylinder rod . Otherwise, pin it
to the storage hole on the lift-assist weldment.
