[BkwTrafficDescIndex] Index of the traffic descriptor for the backward
(high-to-low) connection of VCs. This PVC
traffic descriptor must have no reserved
bandwidth. 1, 2, 3, 4.../

[CrossConnId] Chronological sequential index marker of the
