LECSTLVParam
Use LECSTLVParam (LAN emulation configuration server type, length, and value parameters) to remove a specific
TLV parameter from the TLV set on the LECS.

Examples
The show lecstlvset example is used here to show how delete lecstlvparam works. Observe that [2] in show
lecstlvset is [Max Unknown Frame Time]. That is why [Max Unknown Frame Time] appears in delete
lecstlvparam when “2” is entered at the [TLVIndex] prompt.
