SENSOR NOT
CALIBRATED 813 Out-of-range default offset
value not overwritten. Y Calibrate tilt sensor.
Refer to Section 9.15.5, “Calibrations.”
CHASSIS TILT
SENSOR OUT OF
RANGE 814 Sensor reads outside range
of -25° < X < 25° for 2
seconds. Y Fault will occur if machine is physically
angled beyond its permitted ranges.
Otherwise, the tilt sensor located within
the UGM may be suspect.
Cycle power to see if fault clears.
Calibrate tilt sensor, if necessary. Refer to
Section 9.15.5, “Calibrations.”
CHASSIS TILT
SENSOR
DISAGREEMENT 815 (Sensor 1 reading – Sensor
2 reading) >= 3.0° for 5
seconds. Y Fault may occur if operating under
extremely rough conditions.
Cycle power to see if fault clears.
Otherwise, calibrate tilt sensor.
BOOM ANGLE
SENSOR
DISAGREEMENT 841 Boom Angle Left and Right
sensors disagree by more
than the allowed amount set
in Personalities for more
than 2 seconds or greater
than 10 degrees for 40ms. Y Check that sensors are securely mounted
and not damaged or bent. Verify all
hardware is tight. Lift boom through range
to verify tracking of sensors via Analyzer
under Diagnostics/Boom Components..
If tracking appears to be slightly off,
calibrate Boom Angle sensor. Refer to
Section 9.15.5, “Calibrations.”
BOOM ANGLE
SENSOR LEFT –
OUT OF RANGE
LOW 8455 Calibrated Left Boom Angle
less than -15° for more than
2 seconds. Y Check that sensors are securely mounted
and not damaged or bent. Verify all
hardware is tight. Lift boom through range
to verify Left Boom Angle tracks smoothly
via Analyzer under Diagnostics/Boom
Components.
If tracking appears to be slightly off,
calibrate boom angle sensors. Refer to
Section 9.15.5, “Calibrations.”
BOOM ANGLE
SENSOR LEFT –
OUT OF RANGE
HIGH 8456 Calibrated Left Boom Angle
greater than +85° for more
than 2 seconds. Y Check that sensors are securely mounted
and not damaged or bent. Verify all
hardware is tight. Lift boom through range
to verify Left Boom Angle tracks smoothly
via Analyzer under Diagnostics/Boom
Components.
If tracking appears to be slightly off,
calibrate boom angle sensors. Refer to
Section 9.15.5, “Calibrations.”
