Caution
By positioning the axis with unfavorable positioning
speeds resonance effects can occur, which can lead to step
losses.
Consider the manufacturer data for the permitted operatĆ
ing conditions of the used motors and drives, e.g. for the
permitted start−stop frequency or for the permitted posiĆ
tioning speeds.

Operation
Recommendation:
Make sure during operation that the minimum positioning
speed is never less than the start−stop frequency set (see
manufacturer data of the components used).
Note that due to too small accelerations resonance effects
can occur.
The resonant frequency is for drives with 2−phase stepping
motors usually between 50 and 250 Hz.
