5.5 Actions Taken for Other Errors
When the cause of an error may be related to HDLM but is neither a path error nor an HDLM
program error, execute the DLMgetras utility for collecting HDLM error information, and
then report the collected information to the HDLM vendor or maintenance company if there
is a maintenance contract for HDLM. For details about the DLMgetras utility and the
information it collects, see section 8.2.
