Define Shared Uplink Set screen
To access this screen, click the Shared Uplink Sets link in the left VC Manager navigation window, and then
click Define Uplink Set, or select Define Uplink Set from the Define pull-down menu.
The Define Shared Uplink Set screen is accessible to all users with network privileges by clicking the Define
a Shared Uplink link from the VC Manager home page or from the Define pull-down menu.
For Virtual Connect v1.34 and Virtual Connect v2.10, a maximum of 64 associated networks is supported
in each shared uplink set. All other versions support a maximum of 32 networks per shared uplink set. With
VC 2.30 and later, a maximum of 128 associated networks is supported in each shared uplink set. There is
also a limitation of 320 total networks that can be in use by a SUS within each VC module. Networks must
be counted within the 320 limit for each uplink within a SUS. Therefore, a SUS with two uplinks and 128
VLANs/networks on each uplink count as 256 networks in use.
