Select the message number (1 to 100). Messages 1 to 10 are common with free
messages.* If a message is changed as a free message, the old message is
overwritten.

Procedure
• Writing Messages
Messages cannot be written when the memory sampling is stopped.
1.
Display the group to write the message.
• If a screen unrelated to a group such as the overview is displayed, messages
are written to all groups even when
Write group is set to Separate.
• Messages are written to all groups regardless of the displayed screen when
Write group is set to Common.
2.
Press
FUNC.
The FUNC key menu appears.
3.
Press the
Message soft key.
4.
Press the
soft key corresponding to the desired message number range (example:
[1-10]).
A list of message is displayed.
5.
Press the
soft key corresponding to the number of the message you want to
write.
A message mark, time, and message are shown on the trend display.
